The organizational structure of United for Assistance is made of two main bodies:

  • The Board of Directors
  • The Executive committee

The Board of Directors is elected at the first annual meeting of members for a two-year term and may be re-elected. Members of the Executive Committee are automatically part of the Board of Directors.

Due to the complexity and demands of running the organization’s operations, the Board of Directors has the power to appoint commissions or committees to take charge of certain tasks from time to time. Currently, the Board has appointed different commissions, such as the Finance and Planning, Legal, Campaign, and Mobilization Commissions.
