Who We are
United for Assistance is a non-profit organization started by individuals from all walks of life around the globe to respond to a call for help from our brothers and sisters in need living in Rwanda, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya and Canada. The cry for help fell on sympathetic ears and United for Assistance was founded. United for Assistance was founded on the basis of giving back to the community on one hand and on the other hand on the basis of eradicating poverty through empowerment. United for Assistance provides empowerment through education, skills development, and income generating activities. The primary focus of United for Assistance is to lift impoverished families living in Central and East Africa out of poverty.
